PRICING
OEM pricing is available upon verification and available distribution. Due to the varying prices in today’s market, we believe it is not practical to publish product pricing. Please call or email to request current prices for your scale equipment. All quoted prices are good for (30) days unless otherwise noted.
DELIVERY
We will do all we possibly can to ship your product the same day, including direct from the manufacturer.
BILLING
Minimum billing of $35.00 is required. All prices are F.O.B. Londonderry NH 03053
CREDIT
New customers: Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express until terms have been established. Net (30) terms to established customers with on time payment history.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We can ship by United Parcel Service, Federal Express, U.S. Parcel Post, or Motor Freight. Please specify your preference and we will do everything possible to route your shipments as you desire.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are located in the Eastern Time Zone.
GUARANTEE
Any part that does not meet your specifications or satisfaction may be returned within 10 days without cost or obligation less standard restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 10 days without prior written authority from Scale Service and Supply LLC.
WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SCALE SERVICE AND SUPPLY LLC expressly warrants to buyers for ONE YEAR from date of purchase that the goods sold will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions. At its option, SCALE SERVICE AND SUPPLY LLC will repair or replace, without charge, any goods which it finds to be defective in either workmanship or materials provided that SCALE SERVICE AND SUPPLY LLC has been notified by the buyer of the defect prior to the termination of the warranty period, that the goods are shipped to SCALE SERVICE AND SUPPLY LLC with its authorization and with all shipping costs paid by the buyer, that the goods having been used under normal operating conditions, and that no alterations have been made to the goods. This remedy will be the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy in any warranty claim. This expressed warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of an intended purpose. In no event shall SCALE SERVICE AND SUPPLY LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages from a warranty claim.
